Antitrust Claims means C&S’s rights, title, and interest in (and to) all claims and causes of action that C&S may have under the antitrust or similar laws of the United States or any State thereof arising out of or relating to C&S’s purchase of Packaged Seafood Products from any person or entity, including, without limitation, the MDL Defendants, that C&S sold to A&P during the Relevant Time Period.
