Antitrust Consents definition

Antitrust Consents means all consents, approvals, authorizations, waiting period expirations or terminations qualifications and orders of Governmental Entities and other Persons as are necessary under Antitrust Laws for consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Antitrust Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(b) of this Agreement.

  • The waiting periods applicable to the Merger under the HSR Act and other applicable Antitrust Laws shall have expired or been terminated, and all Antitrust Consents applicable to the Merger shall have been obtained.
