Any Order definition

Any Order means a type of Play in which a Player places a wager on a Pick 4 number to come up in any combination. A Player wins a Prize with this Play type if the Pick 4 number drawn is any combination of the Pick 4 number that was played. The Prize depends on the amount wagered and on the number(s) played.

Examples of Any Order in a sentence

  • Any Order given by one of the persons who form the Client shall be deemed to have been given by all the persons who form the Client.

  • Any Order given by one of the persons who form the Client shall be deemed to have been given by all the persons who form the Client as per the acknowledgement form to be signed between such persons on the Company’s request before proceeding with the examination of a joint account request.

  • Any Order that the Client gives to the Company constitutes an irrevocable instruction to the Company to proceed with the Transaction on the Client’s behalf.

  • Any Order is subject to rejection by the Trustee for the reasons set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Any Order placed by a Participating Entity or Purchasing Entity for a Product and/or Service available from this Master Agreement shall be deemed to be a sale under (and governed by the prices and other terms and conditions) of the Master Agreement unless the parties to the Order agree in writing that another contract or agreement applies to such Order.

  • Important Notes: • Any Order is subject to rejection by the Trustee for the reasons set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Any Order placed by eligible users for a product and/or service available from the Authorized Contract shall be deemed to be a sale under and governed by the prices and other terms and conditions of the Authorized Contract and this ACS.

  • Any Order given to the Company constitutes an irrevocable instruction to the Company to proceed with the Transaction on the Client’s behalf.

Related to Any Order

  • Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.

  • Energy Order means the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003;

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;

  • Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
