Apartment Home means an enclosed space consisting of one or more rooms occupying all or part of a floor in a building of the Condominium Project having direct access to a thoroughfare, including any patio which is a part thereof, as such space may be described and delimited in Exhibit B attached hereto.

Examples of Apartment Home in a sentence

  • Landlord shall not be held liable for any damage or injury to Tenant, or any other person, or to any personal property in the Apartment/ Home, or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof unless such damage is the proximate result of the negligence or unlawful act of Landlord, his/her agents or damages for which Landlord is legally responsible.

  • Resident acknowledges that Provider will not provide any financial assistance to Resident in the event that Resident experiences financial difficulties and the Resident will not be permitted to remain in the Apartment Home if all required fees and other amounts, including Monthly Fees, are not paid as required in this Agreement.

  • The Village reserves the exclusive right to change carriers, alter or amend group medical and hospital insurance based on changes in coverage or insurance cost.

  • Landlord reserves the right to terminate this Lease or terminate Tenant’s possession of the Apartment Home in the event such Guaranty is not fully executed, notarized and returned within fifteen (15) days from the date of execution of this Lease by Tenant, or prior to Tenant’s taking possession of the Apartment Home, whichever time period is shorter.

  • It is expressly understood and agreed by the parties hereto that this Agreement grants Resident a right to reside in and use space at Village at Proprietors Green, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and it is understood that this Agreement is not a lease or easement and does not transfer or grant to Resident any interest in real property, including the Apartment Home, which is owned by Provider.

  • LANDLORD STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT Apartment Home will be disposed of within 24 hours after the expiration of RESIDENT SECURE INSURANCE TO PROTECT AGAINST PERSONAL 10-day notice period.

  • During normal business hours, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will admit a resident who has been locked out of his/her Apartment Home at no charge.
