Apartment-Home definition

Apartment-Home means an enclosed space consisting of one or more rooms occupying all or part of a floor in a building of the Condominium Project having direct access to a thoroughfare, including any patio which is a part thereof, as such space may be described and delimited in Exhibit B attached hereto.
Apartment-Home means a Unit intended for residential occupancy.

  • Each Co-Owner, who or which is defined in the Declaration and Master Deed as a person, firm, corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity or any combination thereof who or which owns one or more Apartment-Home in the Condominium Project, shall be a member of the Association and no other persons or entity shall be entitled to membership.

  • Licensee shall be solely responsible for all costs (both internal and external) incurred by Licensee, related to a Global Study in the Territory.

  • Any parking space designated as a limited common element and reserved for exclusive use as a limited common element and reserved for exclusive use by the owner of a particular Apartment-Home shall be subject to an assessment to the Co-Owners of all of the other Apartment-Homes for pedestrian ingress and egress to and from buildings.

  • The Association shall notify the holder of the first mortgage on any Apartment-Home for which any assessment becomes delinquent for a period in excess of ten (10) days and in any other case where the Co-Owners of such Apartment-Home is in default with respect to the performance of any other obligation hereunder for a period in excess of ten (10) days.

  • No owner of any Apartment-Home or any other person shall bring any action for partition or division thereof.

  • More particularly, each Apartment-Home shall be subject to an easement to the Council of Co-Owners to and for the unobstructed and uninterrupted use of any and all pipes, ducts, flues, chutes, conduits, cables and wire outlets and utility lines of any kind and other general and limited common elements located within or accessible only from any particular condominium unit.

Related to Apartment-Home

  • Apartment house OR "MULTIPLE DWELLING" means any building, not being a lodging-house or hotel, or portion thereof, which is designed, built, rented, leased, let or hired out to be occupied, or which is occupied, as the home or residence of three or more families living independently of each other and doing their own cooking within their apartment, suite or dwelling unit.

  • Apartment shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;

  • Apartment Dwelling means any dwelling unit within a building containing more than four dwelling units where the units are connected by an interior corridor;

  • Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant,

  • Health Home means an individual Provider, team of health care professionals or health team that meets all federal requirements and provides the following six (6) services to persons with one (1) or more specified chronic conditions: (i) comprehensive care management; (ii) Care Coordination and health promotion; (iii) comprehensive transitional care/follow-up; (iv) Member and family support; (v) referral to community and social support services; and (vi) use of Health Information Technology (HIT) to link services, if applicable. Health Information Exchange (HIE) means the transmission of health-care-related data among facilities, health information organizations and government agencies according to national standards. HIE is also an entity that provides services to enable the electronic sharing of health information. Health Information Technology (HIT) means the area of information technology involving the design, development, creation, use and maintenance of information systems for the health care industry.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Retirement home means a building used for living quarters for more than seven persons who are 65 years or older;

  • apartment unit means any residential dwelling unit within a building containing three or more dwelling units where access to each residential unit is obtained through a common entrance or entrances from the street level and the residential units are connected by an interior corridor;

  • Residential means any school trip which includes an overnight stay.

  • Family home or "family residence" means the location or portion of a location where the applicant and his or her family reside, and may include basements and attics. It does not include other structures that are separate from the home but are considered part of the overall premises, such as adjacent apartments, unattached basements in multi-unit buildings, unattached garages, and other unattached buildings.

  • Residential real estate means any real property located in this state, upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling;

  • College property means any property owned, leased, or controlled by a member college of the Virginia Community College System and the administrative office of the Virginia Community College System.

  • Multifamily dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate residential dwelling unit, which is used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole or in part, as the home or residence of one or more persons.

  • Residential property means improved property that:-

  • Foster family home means a private home in which children are placed for foster family care under supervision of the cabinet or a licensed child-placing agency;

  • Motor home means every private motor vehicle with a normal seating capacity of not more than 10

  • Cooperative Apartment A dwelling unit in a multi-dwelling building owned or leased by a Cooperative, which unit the Mortgagor has an exclusive right to occupy pursuant to the terms of a proprietary lease or occupancy agreement.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).

  • Nursing home means that term as defined in section 20109 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20109.

  • Group home means a facility for housing youth and is licensed by Community Care 16 Licensing under the provisions of CCR, Title 22, Division 6, et seq.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.

  • private dwelling means any part of a structure that is occupied as a residence, or any part of a structure or outdoor living area that is accessory to, and used wholly for the purposes of, a residence;
