APC Acquisition definition

APC Acquisition. The acquisition by D▇▇▇▇ Media, either directly or indirectly through one or more Subsidiaries, of approximately 81% of the Equity Interests of APC.
APC Acquisition means APC Acquisition, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
APC Acquisition means the acquisition of all of the Equity Interests of Alliance Petroleum Corporation pursuant to the terms and conditions of the APC Acquisition Documents.

  • Stock Acquisition means the purchase or other acquisition by a Person or its Subsidiaries of all or substantially all of the Stock of any other Person.
