API Information definition

API Information means the [*] the API.
API Information means all data, quality control information, manufacturing processes, drug manufacturing file (“DMF”), chemistry, manufacturing and controls (“CMC”) packages, and all other material and information reasonably needed by a third party manufacturer to manufacture commercially suitable API.

  • Licensee agrees that Licensee will treat the API Information with the same degree of care to prevent unauthorized disclosure to anyone other than Authorized Users as Licensee accords to Licensee's own confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable care.

  • Licensee's obligations under this Section 2.2 with respect to the API Information shall terminate when Licensee can document that the API Information was in the public domain at or subsequent to the time it was communicated to Licensee by Adobe through no fault of Licensee's.

  • RaQualia and its licensees may use any third party manufacturer, other than Aratana’s contracted supplier (i.e., CML) to manufacture the API on behalf of RaQualia and/or its licensees, and upon RaQualia’s request, Aratana shall provide RaQualia and RaQualia’s other licensees in the field of human health (“Other Licensees”) with copies of all API Information and applicable Samples necessary for the manufacture of the API.

  • Aratana desires to develop the API (as defined below) and obtain the API Information (as defined below) for animal use as licensed by RaQualia under the License Agreement.

  • Aratana will exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the API and to all Samples and API Information created, conceived, developed, made, or otherwise obtained in the course of development of the API, including all Intellectual Property Rights therein.

  • We also stated in the ONC Cures Act Final Rule in § 170.404(b)(3) that Certified API Developers with API technology previously certified to the criterion in § 170.315(g)(8) must provide API technology certified to § 170.315(g)(10) to all API Information Sources deployed with certified API technology by no later than May 1, 2022 (85 FR 25765).

  • Confidentiality: APIs and API Information MUST be identified, classified, and protected against unauthorized access, disclosure and eavesdropping at all times.

API Information all information and data relating to the API, including but not limited to formulae, methods of manufacture, product descriptions, test methods, validation of test methods, specifications, and all other supporting documentation, data and reports provided by Galmed to Perrigo, or developed or acquired by Perrigo or any of its affiliates during the term of this Agreement in connection with the manufacture and supply of API, including the information regarding the Process Stabilization the information regarding Scale Up, the Results and the Reports, as well as all applications, submissions, filings and correspondence of Galmed with or to FDA or any other governmental or Regulatory Authority with respect to the API.
API Information means the standard applications programming interface (“API”) information generally provided by Autodesk to users of the Service Offering that specifies the requirements for interfacing to (e.g., invoking or directing the functions of) the Service or Software included in such Service Offering. API Information does not include any implementation of such interface information, any Development Materials or any other Software.
API Information the application interface (if any) and such information concerning the same as may be issued by the Supplier from time to time pursuant to this agreement. Authorised Users: those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services and the Documentation, as further described in clause 2.2(d). Change of Control: the beneficial ownership of more than 50% of the issued share capital of a company or the legal power to direct or cause the direction of the general management of the company, and controls, controlled and the expression change of control shall be construed accordingly.
API Information means the standard applications programming interface ("API") information generally provided by Riffyn to users of the Service.
API Information means the application interface to the Service and such information concerning the same as may be issued by Intelligence Fusion from time to time to enable third party software modules and components to interoperate with the Service;

Related to API Information

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know-How, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.

  • Customer's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Customer, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Your Information means any information relating to you, your use of the EB Services, your Electronic Instructions, your Transactions and your Accounts, including any Personal Data you provide to us.3.3 ERP Linked Services.(a) The ERP Linked Services allow you to obtain information relating to your Accounts, provide Electronic Instructions to us via the ERP Platform and use such other features, facilities or functionalities as we shall make available from time to time.(b) You irrevocably and unconditionally authorise any User to sign up and activate the ERP Linked Services.3.4 Disclosure of Your Information. In addition to Clause 8.2 of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions and Clause 2.1 of this Section, you acknowledge and agree that we and our officers, employees and agents are authorised to provide or disclose Your Information to any ERP Provider and/or its affiliates. You agree and acknowledge that we shall have no responsibility or liability or control over any ERP Provider’s disclosure, use or handling of Your Information.3.5 Use of the ERP Linked Services.(a) To use the ERP Linked Services, you must be a subscriber of the ERP Platform or have a valid licence from the ERP Provider to use its ERP Platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs associated with your subscription to or licence of the ERP Platform and any infrastructure (including without limitation any equipment, software, network or communication facilities) required to support your use of the ERP Platform. We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • Derived Information means such written information regarding the Notes as is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor, which information is not any of (A) Issuer Information, (B) Prepricing Information or (C) contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of them, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from any information regarding the Notes that is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor); and

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Transparency Information means the content of this Contract in its entirety, including from time to time agreed changes to the Contract, and details of any payments made by the Authority to the Contractor under the Contract;

  • DXC Sensitive Information means DXC Confidential Information, Intellectual Property, PHI, DXC Customer data, and Personal Information.

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;

  • Company Information As defined in Section 4(a)(i).
