API/SDK Use Purposes definition
API/SDK Use Purposes means, but are not limited to, the following use purposes: (i) the implementation and use of Materialise APIs and API specifications to allow a software application to interoperate with Materialise Materialise End-User License Agreement (version 2022) Software or other products, (ii) the right of the Customer to integrate Materialise SDK into a component to allow such component to interoperate with Materialise Software or another product. Further details governing use cases shall and must be agreed upon between the Customer and Materialise in the Order Documents prior to any use of the API/SDK License.
Examples of API/SDK Use Purposes in a sentence
The Customer shall not adapt, disassemble, reverse assemble, reverse compile, reverse engineer, decompile, alter, modify or otherwise translate the Licensed Material, or any part thereof, it being understood that deviations to this rule concerning the API/SDK Use Purposes may be permitted only if explicitly stipulated in the Order Documents.
When the Customer License is an API/SDK license (“API/SDK License”), Materialise grants to Customer, who accepts, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Material for API/SDK Use Purposes only.
