Appeal Rights definition

Appeal Rights means a form which serves as a written notice of the client’s appeal rights regarding decisions made by Staff, as well as contact information for the Client Assistance Program (CAP).
Appeal Rights means the entitlement of an unsuccessful candidate to appeal the results of a competition where on offer of employment was made.

Related to Appeal Rights
