Appendix P means the Appendix added to the Plan effective April 30, 1999 that provides certain additional benefits to the Members described in Appendix P who were affected by the April 30, 1999 reduction of flight operations staffing.

Examples of Appendix P in a sentence

  • Appendix P and any other applicable obligations set forth in this Agreement will survive the termination or non-renewal of this Agreement.

  • If sufficient funds are not available from the Ohio General Assembly or the United States government to make payments on behalf of a specific population (Aged, Blind, Disabled, Covered Families and Children, or Adult Extension) to fulfill the terms of this Agreement, the obligations, duties, and responsibilities of the parties with respect to that population will be terminated except as specified in Appendix P as of the date funding expires.

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department.
