Applicable Amount Reference Time definition

Applicable Amount Reference Time shall have the meaning provided in the definition ofApplicable Amount”.

Related to Applicable Amount Reference Time

  • Applicable Amount means, at any time (the “Applicable Amount Reference Time”), an amount equal to (a) the sum, without duplication, of:

  • Maximum Available Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the lesser of:

  • Available Amount of any Letter of Credit means, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit at such time (assuming compliance at such time with all conditions to drawing).

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;
