Applicable Coupon Rate definition

Applicable Coupon Rate means in relation to any Payment deferred pursuant to Condition 4(c) or Condition 6(e), the Coupon Rate payable on the Securities as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Condition 5(b) or 5(c) for the Coupon Periods during which such Payment is deferred;
Applicable Coupon Rate means in relation to any Payment deferred pursuant to Condition 4(b) or Condition 6(d), the Coupon Rate payable on the Non Step-Up Fixed Securities for the Coupon Periods during which such Payment is deferred;

Examples of Applicable Coupon Rate in a sentence

  • Any such interest shall accrue at the Applicable Coupon Rate and shall be satisfied only in accordance with this Condition 6 and as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant deferred Payment is made.

  • Any such deferred payments shall bear interest at the Applicable Coupon Rate if the Market Disruption Event continues for 14 days or more.

  • If any Payment is deferred pursuant to this Condition 4(c) then such deferred Payment shall bear interest at the Applicable Coupon Rate from (and including) the date on which (but for such optional deferral) the Deferred Coupon Payment would otherwise have been due to be made to (but excluding) the relevant Deferred Coupon Satisfaction Date.

  • If any Payment is deferred pursuant to this Condition 4(b) then such deferred Payment shall bear interest at the Applicable Coupon Rate from (and including) the date on which (but for such deferral) the Deferred Coupon Payment would otherwise have been due to be made to (but excluding) the relevant Deferred Coupon Satisfaction Date.

  • Deferrals – (a) Required Deferral of Payments’, any deferred payment will bear interest at the Applicable Coupon Rate.

  • If any Payment is deferred pursuant to this Condition 4(b), then such deferred Payment shall bear interest at the Applicable Coupon Rate from (and including) the date on which (but for such optional deferral) the Deferred Coupon Payment would otherwise have been due to be made to (but excluding) the relevant Deferred Coupon Satisfaction Date.

  • Any payment deferred pursuant to the Issuer’s optional right to defer will bear interest at the Applicable Coupon Rate.

  • Any payment deferred pursuant to the Issuer 's optional right to defer will bear interest at the Applicable Coupon Rate.

  • If any Payment is deferred pursuant to this Condition 4(b), then such deferred Payment shall bear interest at the Applicable Coupon Rate from (and including) the date on which (but for such deferral) the Deferred Coupon Payment would otherwise have been due to be made to (but excluding) the relevant Deferred Coupon Satisfaction Date.

  • Any payment deferred pursuant to the Issuer's optional right to defer will bear interest at the Applicable Coupon Rate.

  • Coupon Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means the rate of interest prescribed under the Act from time to time;

  • Applicable Interest Rate Margin means (a) as to any Base Rate Advance, the applicable rate per annum set forth below under the caption “Base Rate Spread” and (b) as to any LIBO Rate Advance, the applicable rate per annum set forth below under the caption “LIBO Rate Spread”, determined by reference to the higher of (i) the rating of Mondelēz’s long-term senior unsecured Debt from Standard & Poor’s (or, if there shall be no outstanding rated long-term senior unsecured Debt of Mondelēz, the long-term company, issuer or similar rating established by Standard & Poor’s for Mondelēz) and (ii) the rating of Mondelēz’s long-term senior unsecured Debt from Moody’s (or, if there shall be no outstanding rated long-term senior unsecured Debt of Mondelēz, the long-term company, issuer or similar rating established by Moody’s for Mondelēz), in each case on such date: Rating Base Rate Spread LIBO Rate Spread A or higher by Standard & Poor’s A2 or higher by Moody’s 0.000 % 0.805 % A- by Standard & Poor’s A3 by Moody’s 0.000 % 0.915 % BBB+ by Standard & Poor’s Baa1 by Moody’s 0.025 % 1.025 % BBB by Standard & Poor’s Baa2 by Moody’s 0.125 % 1.125 % Lower than BBB by Standard & Poor’s Lower than Baa2 by Moody’s 0.300 % 1.300 % provided that if on any date of determination (x) a rating is available on such date from only one of Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s but not the other, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be determined by reference to the then available rating; (y) no rating is available from either of Standard & Poor’s or Moody’s, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be determined by reference to the rating of any other nationally recognized statistical rating organization designated by Mondelēz and approved in writing by the Required Lenders and (z) no rating is available from any of Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s or any other nationally recognized statistical rating organization designated by Mondelēz and approved in writing by the Required Lenders, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be 0.300% as to any Base Rate Advance and 1.300% as to any LIBO Rate Advance.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate means:

  • Final payment rate means the aggregate sum of the two components (the blended base amount and capital costs) that, when added together, form the final dollar value used to calculate each provider’s reimbursement amount when multiplied by the DRG weight. These dollar values are displayed on the rate table listing.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Margin means, for each Pricing Period, the margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: Applicable Pricing Level Margin II 10.0 V 17.5

  • Fixed Coupon Amount means the amount specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Applicable Reference Rate means with respect to any Loan made in any currency, the rate indicated on Annex II under the heading “Applicable Reference Rate” for such currency.

  • Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”

  • Minimum Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, a rate that is set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note and is the minimum interest rate to which the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan may be decreased.

  • Auction Rate means the rate of interest per annum that results from implementation of the Auction Procedures and is determined as described in Section 2.02(a)(iii)(B) of this Appendix A.

  • Applicable Amount means, at any time (the “Applicable Amount Reference Time”), an amount equal to (a) the sum, without duplication, of:

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Applicable Conversion Rate means the Conversion Rate in effect at any given time.

  • Applicable ABR Margin means, at any date:

  • Base Interest Rate means Bank's initial cost of funding the Fixed Obligations. The Prepayment Fee is calculated as follows: First, Bank determines a "Current Market Rate" based on what the Bank would receive if it loaned the remaining amount on the prepayment date in a wholesale funding market matching maturity, remaining principal and interest amounts and principal and interest payment dates (the aggregate payments received are the "Current Market Rate Amount"). Bank may select any wholesale funding market rate as the Current Market Rate. Second, Bank will take the prepayment amount and calculate the present value of each remaining principal and interest payment which, without prepayment, the Bank would have received during the term of the Fixed Obligations using the Base Interest Rate. The sum of the present value calculations is the "Xxxx to Market Amount." Third, the Bank will subtract the Current Market Rate Amount from the Xxxx to Market Amount. Any amount greater than zero is the Prepayment Fee.

  • Applicable Utilization Fee Rate means, as of any date, the percentage rate per annum at which Utilization Fees accrue on all Revolving Credit Advances at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable Facility Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum at which Facility Fees are accruing on the Aggregate Commitment (without regard to usage) at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable Pricing Level means, for each Pricing Period the pricing level set forth below opposite the Debt Rating achieved by Borrower as of the first day of that Pricing Period: Pricing Level Debt Rating I Greater than or equal to A1 / A+ II Less than A1 / A+ but greater than or equal to A2 / A III Less than A2 / A but greater than or equal to A3 / A- V Less than Baa2/BBB provided that in the event that the then prevailing Debt Ratings are “split ratings”, Borrower will receive the benefit of the higher Debt Rating, unless the split is a “double split rating” (in which case the pricing level applicable to the middle Debt Rating will apply) or a “triple split rating” (in which case the pricing level applicable to the Debt Rating above the Debt Rating applicable to the lowest pricing level will apply). For purposes hereof, a Debt Rating is only a “split rating” if the Debt Rating applies to a different pricing level.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:

  • Then-Current Interest Rate means the most recently published Xxxxxxx Mac survey rate for 30-year fixed-rate loans.

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: Long-Term Ratings* Fitch Applicable Multiplier AAA to AA- 100% A+ to A- 000% BBB+ to BBB- 140% *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.4(a).

  • Maximum Interest Rate means the rate of interest that results in the maximum amount of interest allowed by applicable law.
