Applicable Distribution Date definition

Applicable Distribution Date means each Distribution Date occurring after the later of (i) the Optional Repurchase Distribution Date and (ii) the first Distribution Date occurring during the Series 2019-2 Controlled Amortization Period.
Applicable Distribution Date means each Distribution Date occurring after the later of (i) the Optional Repurchase Distribution Date and (ii) the first Distribution Date occurring during the Series 2015-1 Controlled Amortization Period.
Applicable Distribution Date has the meaning specified in Section 9.01(b).
