Applicable Export Laws definition

Applicable Export Laws means any applicable ex- port control regulations and/or laws in force at the time of export in the Supplier’s country of export and/or, in the case of re-export, in force at the time of re-export in the country of origin of the particular re-exported Export Item.
Applicable Export Laws means (i) any Export Laws as administered or enforced by competent Governmental Authorities with jurisdiction over the Acquiror, the Merger Sub, the Parent, the Company, the EMEA Companies or their Affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents or this Agreement, including, without being limited to, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of State, OFAC, the United Nations Security Council, the United Kingdom, the European Union or its Member States, as well as (ii) any Export Laws which may result in the application of penalties, fines, sentences, injunctions, sanctions or other punitive measures against the Acquiror, the Merger Sub, the Parent or the Company as a result, direct or indirect, of the performance of this Agreement.

  • Customer shall comply with all applicable export laws and regulations of the United States of America, the European Union, and other countries (“Applicable Export Laws”) and assure that no Product is: (a) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Applicable Export Laws; or (b) intended to be used for any purposes prohibited by the Applicable Export Laws, including nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

  • Supplier hereby represents and warrants that it is and will remain in compliance with the requirements of all Applicable Export Laws.

  • Customer will comply fully with all applicable export laws and regulations of the United States of America, the European Union, and other countries (“Applicable Export Laws”) and assure that no deliverables are (a) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Applicable Export Laws; or (b) intended to be used for any purposes prohibited by the Applicable Export Laws, including nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

Applicable Export Laws means any applicable laws, regulations, order decisions and restrictive measures relating to export control, import and anti-boycott imposed by a country with jurisdiction over any activities conducted pursuant to this Contract.
