Applicable General Plan definition

Applicable General Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a). “Applicable Rules” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(d). “Applicable Specific Plan” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b). “Applicable Zoning Ordinance” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c). “BART” shall have the meaning set forth in Recital C.
