Applicable Industry Standards definition

Applicable Industry Standards means all applicable standards, requirements, rules and codes of the American Association of Tissue Banks, Advanced Medical Technology Association and other industry organizations recognized by the Parties as authoritative bodies governing the conduct addressed in this Agreement.

Applicable Industry Standards means practice consistent with reasonable and prudent operations in the crude oil pipeline industry, including compliance with applicable law and, as applicable, adherence to American Petroleum Institute (“API”) or other applicable generally accepted industry standards and recommended practices pertaining to the construction, maintenance, and/or operation of crude oil pipelines;

Examples of Applicable Industry Standards in a sentence

  • RTI warrants to Zimmer, its Marketing Partners and the End Users that the Implants, when delivered in accordance with the applicable Firm Order, will (i) conform to the applicable Specifications, (ii) have been recovered, screened, Manufactured and released in compliance with Applicable Laws (including cGTPs) and Applicable Industry Standards and (iii) be free of defects in design, Manufacture, fabrication, workmanship, labeling (including Label warnings) and Package Inserts / IFU.
