RTI warrants to Zimmer, its Marketing Partners and the End Users that the Implants, when delivered in accordance with the applicable Firm Order, will (i) conform to the applicable Specifications, (ii) have been recovered, screened, Manufactured and released in compliance with Applicable Laws (including cGTPs) and Applicable Industry Standards and (iii) be free of defects in design, Manufacture, fabrication, workmanship, labeling (including Label warnings) and Package Inserts / IFU.
