Applicable MW Share means the amount, measured in MW, of Facility output allocated to SCPPA’s Participating Members, SMUD, MID, and TID, as set forth in Appendix F, as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 2.3(h).

  • Until such appointment is made, the Buyers’ Agent shall be the Buyer with the largest Applicable MW Share, as set forth in Appendix M of the WP Agreement, as further described in Section 12.1(e) of the WP Agreement.
