You may terminate your employment with the Company other than for Good Reason at any time subject to your provision of thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to the Company (the “Applicable Notice Period”), provided, however, that the Company may, in its sole discretion, in lieu of all or part of the Applicable Notice Period, pay you an amount equal to the Base Salary that would otherwise have been payable to you had you remained employed for the duration of the Applicable Notice Period.
