Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;

Applicable Permits means all clearances, permits, authorisations, consents and approvals required to be obtained or maintained by the respective Parties under the Applicable Laws including those specified in Schedule 4, in connection with the development, operation, maintenance & management of the Project during the subsistence of this Agreement.

Applicable Permits means all clearances, permits, authorizations, consents and approvals required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Law, in connection with the commercial advertisement spaces during the subsistence of this Agreement.
