Examples of Governmental Approvals in a sentence
Except as set forth above, before commencing any alterations to the Premises that require Governmental Approvals, TENANT shall submit plans and specifications to LANDLORD for the LANDLORD’s written.
TENANT shall install security fence(s) or wall(s) around the perimeter of the Land Space, in a form reasonably satisfactory to LANDLORD and in accordance with Governmental Approvals, without unreasonable delay or condition, excluding any approved access route(s).
TENANT must obtain all Governmental Approvals as well as satisfactory soil boring tests confirming that TENANT’s use of the Premises is suitable for the purposes intended herein.
At all times throughout the term of this Lease, TENANT’s use of the Premises shall be in conformance with, and subject to all Governmental Approvals.
LANDLORD shall: (a) cooperate with TENANT in TENANT’s efforts to obtain such Governmental Approvals; (b) promptly execute and deliver all documents necessary to obtain and maintain the Governmental Approvals, upon LANDLORD’s review and approval; and (c) not take any action that would adversely affect TENANT’s ability to obtain and/or maintain the Governmental Approvals.
