Redemption Percentage means:·on any Redemption Order Date, a fraction, expressed as a percentage:–the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Up MacroShares that are being redeemed and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Up MacroShares that are outstanding prior to the redemption, in the case of the Up MacroShares; and –the numerator of which is the aggregate number of Down MacroShares that are being redeemed and the denominator of which is the aggregate number of Down MacroShares that are outstanding prior to the redemption, in the case of the Down MacroShares; or·on the Final Scheduled Termination Date or an Early Termination Date, a percentage equal to 100%.
Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.
Maximum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Prepayment Distribution Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of Subordinate Certificates, under the applicable circumstances set forth below, the respective percentages set forth below:
Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:
Applicable Revolving Percentage means with respect to any Revolving Lender at any time, such Revolving Lender’s Applicable Percentage in respect of the Revolving Facility at such time.
Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Gross Redemption Yield means, with respect to a security, the gross redemption yield on such security, expressed as a percentage and calculated by the Financial Adviser on the basis set out by the UK Debt Management Office in the paper “Formulae for Calculating Gilt Prices from Yields”, page 4, Section One: Price/Yield Formulae “Conventional Gilts/Double dated and Updated Gilts with Assumed (or Actual) Redemption on a Quasi-Coupon Date” (published 8 June 1998, as amended or updated from time to time) on a semi-annual compounding basis (converted to an annualised yield and rounded up (if necessary) to four decimal places) or on such other basis as the Trustee may approve;
Conversion Percentage means, (A) the number of Class B Ordinary Shares being converted, divided by (B) the total number of Class B Ordinary Shares issued and outstanding (i.e. up to 1,000).
Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;
Termination Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, $______, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Debenture.
Make-Whole Redemption Price means the sum of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus the Make-Whole Amount of such Notes. Calculation or verification of the calculation of the Make-Whole Redemption Price is not the responsibility of the Trustee and the Trustee may conclusively rely on an Officers’ Certificate with respect thereto without investigation.
Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.
Optional Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.
