Applicable Registrars definition

Applicable Registrars means, collectively, the Accredited Registrars party to a registrar agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 6, including Registrar.

Examples of Applicable Registrars in a sentence

  • The procedure used by ICANN to obtain Registrar Approval shall be designed to document the written approval of the Applicable Registrars, which may be in electronic form.

  • The affirmative approval of 50% plus one of the Applicable Registrars that participate in the process by which Registrar Approval is sought; and 6.

  • ICANN and the Working Group will consider the public comments submitted on the Proposed Revisions during the Posting Period (including comments submitted by the Applicable Registrars), and information regarding such comments and consideration shall be provided to the a three (3) person arbitrator panel.

  • Group will consider the public comments submitted on the agreed Proposed Revisions during the Posting Period (including comments submitted by the Applicable Registrars).

Related to Applicable Registrars

  • Registrars means a person whose services may be retained by UTI AMC to act as the Registrar under the scheme, from time to time.

  • Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-­‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.

  • Share Registrar means Computershare Investor Services plc, a company registered in England and Wales or any other institution organized under the laws of England and Wales appointed by the Company to carry out the duties of registrar for the Shares, and any successor thereto.

  • Securities Depositories means DTC; and, in accordance with then current guidelines of the Securities and Exchange Commission, such other addresses and/or such other securities depositories as the District may designate in a Written Request of the District delivered to the Paying Agent.

  • Applicable Regulations As to any Mortgage Loan, all federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations applicable thereto.

  • Paying Agent/Registrar means initially the Trustee, or any successor thereto as provided in this Indenture.

  • Certificate Register The register maintained pursuant to Section 5.02.

  • Eligible Securities Depository has the meaning set forth in section (b)(1) of Rule 17f-7.

  • Direct Registration ADR means an ADR, the ownership of which is recorded on the Direct Registration System. References to "ADRs" shall include certificated ADRs and Direct Registration ADRs, unless the context otherwise requires. The form of ADR is hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof; the provisions of the form of ADR shall be binding upon the parties hereto.
