Applicable Securities Regulator definition
Applicable Securities Regulator means, in the case of a Recipient that is a state-chartered bank or savings association, the Governmental Entity having the powers, functions and duties of the SEC to administer and enforce Sections 12, 13, 14(a), 14(c), 14(d), 14(f) and 16 of the Exchange Act with respect to securities issued by the Recipient.
