Applicable Supervisor definition

Applicable Supervisor means the BMA, or, should the BMA no longer have jurisdiction or responsibility to regulate the Corporation or the Insurance Group, as the context requires, a regulator which is otherwise subject to Applicable Supervisory Regulations.
Applicable Supervisor means the BMA or, should the BMA no longer have primary supervisory authority with respect to prudential matters in relation to the Regulatory Group, the regulatory authority that has such primary supervisory authority.
Applicable Supervisor means the BMA or, should the BMA no longer have jurisdiction or responsibility to regulate the Company or the Insurance Group, as the context requires, a regulator that administers the Applicable Supervisory Regulations.
