Applicable Trade Laws definition

Applicable Trade Laws means all import and export laws and regulations, including economic and financial sanctions, export controls, anti-boycott and customs laws and regulations applying to the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or an Associated Person of either the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Applicable Trade Laws means all Sanctions, import and export laws and regulations, including but not limited to economic and financial sanctions, export controls, anti-boycott and customs laws and regulations applicable to the Company Group, an Associated Person of the Company Group and/or the Buyer.
Applicable Trade Laws shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).
