In furtherance of our compliance, we reserve the right to require each Applicant Participant to provide additional information to us, our officers, employees or designees or undergo a background check prior to being authorized as a Participant or at any point thereafter in accordance with applicable laws.
The Agent shall inform the Seller of the identity of each Applicant Participant and its proposed portion of the Increased Facility Amount.
