In consideration of Lender’s entering into this Agreement and making the Loan hereunder, Borrower agrees to pay (from deposits previously delivered to Lender) to Lender, on the date of the funding of the Loan hereunder, a processing fee in the amount set forth in the Application Letter, as may be amended from time to time, which processing fee shall be deemed fully earned upon Lender’s execution and delivery of this Agreement and the funding of the Loan.
