Application Software Vendors definition

Application Software Vendors means a developer of software that displays or uses certificates and distributes root certificates.
Application Software Vendors means a developer of software that displays or uses certificates and distributes root certificates. “CAs” or “Certification Authorities”, are entities such as Starfield that are authorized to create, sign, distribute, and revoke certificates. They are also responsible for distributing certificate status information and providing a repository where certificates and certificate status information is stored.

  • Relying Parties and Application Software Vendors are express third-party beneficiaries of Customer’s obligations and representations related to the use or issuance of a Certificate.

  • Notwithstanding any limitations on its liability to Subscribers and Relying Parties, WoSign understands and acknowledges that the Application Software Vendors who have a root certificate distribution agreement in place with WoSign do not assume any obligation or potential liability of WoSign under the EV Guidelines or that otherwise might exist because of the issuance or maintenance of Certificates or reliance thereon by Relying Parties or others.

  • Notwithstanding any inconsistent terms of the Agreement (including without limitation any confidentiality provisions), should Customer refuse to undergo such audit and QuoVadis has reason to believe Customer may not be in compliance with the Service Description terms and conditions, Customer agrees that QuoVadis may disclose (i) Customer’s identity to Relying Parties and Application Software Vendors and (ii) the basis for QuoVadis’s belief of noncompliance.

  • The Relying Parties and Application Software Vendors are not express third party beneficiaries with respect to any QuoVadis software.

  • Subscribers are required to notify QuoVadis and any applicable RA if a change occurs that could affect the status of the Certificate.QuoVadis requires, as part of the Subscriber Agreement or Terms of Use, that the Applicant make the commitments and warranties in this section for the benefit of QuoVadis and all Relying Parties and Application Software Vendors.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
