Public utilities means those utilities defined in sections 4905.02, 4905.03, 4907.02, and 4907.03 of the Revised Code; in the case of a foreign corporation, it means those utilities defined as public utilities by the laws of its domicile; and in the case of any other foreign issuer, it means those utilities defined as public utilities by the laws of the situs of its principal place of business. The term always includes railroads whether or not they are so defined as public utilities.
Distribution Utility means the local electric distribution owner and operator providing electric distribution and interconnection services to Purchaser at the Premises;
Application area means the area where the coating is applied by spraying, dipping, or flow coating techniques.
Application Money shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 1.11; “Association” shall mean the body to be created by the Apartment Acquirers;
Water utility means a public utility as defined in
FCC Applications means those applications and requests for waivers required to be filed with the FCC to obtain the approvals and waivers of the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act and FCC Rules necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Server Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) allows more than one user to Use the Runtime Product through any middle tier application(s), and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product. A Client Application installed in a Windows terminal server environment (e.g. Citrix or Microsoft Remote Desktop Platform) is a Server Application.
Electric distribution utility or (EDU) means an electric distribution utility, which is an investor-owned electric utility that owns and operates a distribution wires system and supplies at least retail electric distribution service.
Electric public utility means a public utility, as that term is
L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
Resource Adequacy Rulings means CPUC Decisions 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 06- 06-024, 00-00-000 and any subsequent CPUC ruling or decision, or any other resource adequacy laws, rules or regulations enacted, adopted or promulgated by any applicable Governmental Authority, as such CPUC decisions, rulings, laws, rules or regulations may be amended or modified from time to time during the Term.
Public utility means any business entity that owns or operates any plant, equipment, property, franchise, or license for the production, transmission, sale, delivery, or furnishing of elec- tricity, water, or steam the rates of charges for goods or services of which have been established or approved by a federal, state, or local government or governmental agency.
Local utility means any sewerage authority created pursuant to
Application Unit means such number of Units or whole multiples thereof as specified in this Prospectus or such other whole multiple of Units determined by the Manager, approved by the Trustee and notified to the Participating Dealers.
State Transmission Utility or “STU” shall mean the Board or the Government company notified by the respective State Government under Sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Act;
Annual Energy Use means, (i) with respect to the first 5 years following the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kilowatt hours (“kWhs”), within the Party’s respective jurisdiction and (ii) with respect to the period after the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date, the annual electricity usage, expressed in kWhs, of accounts within a Party’s respective jurisdiction that are served by the Authority and (b) “Total Annual Energy” means the sum of all Parties’ Annual Energy Use. The initial values for Annual Energy use are designated in Exhibit C, and shall be adjusted annually as soon as reasonably practicable after January 1, but no later than March 1 of each year
Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;
Fee Application means an application for allowance and payment of a Fee Claim (including Claims for “substantial contribution” pursuant to section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code).

Time of application means the date a participating lender receives an application from a participating community.
Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas & electricity and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your gas, read your meter, send you a bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM Energy is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM Energy’s acts, omissions, or representations. Price: Your rate for gas purchases will be a fixed price of $0.5990 per therm, plus taxes and fees, if applicable, and a monthly administrative fee of $2.99. You will continue to be responsible for all charges assessed and billed by your local utility for all services it provides, including any other fees or taxes specifically associated with services it continues to provide during the term of this Agreement, including transportation charges payable for Core Aggregation Service.
Uniform application means the current version of the national association of insurance commissioners uniform application for resident and nonresident insurance producer licensing.
Gas public utility means a public utility, as that term is defined
Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.
Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.
