JAGGAER shall provide Client reasonable, advance notice of all Changes to the JAGGAER Applications, Services and Terms of Service in order to, among other things, enable Client to prepare for upcoming releases, learn about new features, and access key information about the JAGGAER Applications, Services and Terms of Service.
In connection with JAGGAER’s efforts to continually improve the JAGGAER Applications and Services, JAGGAER may from time to time develop and make available to JAGGAER’s clients, free of charge, enhancements, upgrades, updates, improvements, modifications, extensions and other changes to the JAGGAER Applications, Services and Terms of Service (“Changes”).
The Contractor shall provide Applications Services for systems required to support unique agency and departmental-level mission requirements, as specified in individual Orders.
The Web Applications, Applications, Services and specifications related thereto are made available on an “As Is, As Available” basis, and PNC expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or non-infringement, or the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Adverity reserves the right to modify, discontinue, and restrict, temporarily or permanently, all or part of the Applications Services at its sole discretion.
If DIR or DIR Customer does not Accept or deliver a notice of Noncompliance to Service Provider by the end of the Acceptance Review Period, Service Provider shall so inform the DIR or DIR Customer Contract Manager and the DIR Managed Applications Services Manager and provide DIR or DIR Customer an additional Acceptance Review Period of at least fourteen (14) days.
The DIR Managed Applications Services Manager may identify new or additional work activities to be performed by Service Provider Personnel (including work activities that would otherwise be treated as New Services) or reprioritize or reset the schedule for existing Projects and other Services to be performed by such Service Provider Personnel.
