Applied behavior analysis means the design, implementation, and evaluation of environmental modifications, using behavioral stimuli and consequences, to produce socially significant improvement in human behavior, including the use of direct observation, measurement, and functional analysis of the relationship between environment and behavior.
Non-Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Minimum Lifetime Mortgage Rate The minimum level to which a Mortgage Interest Rate can adjust in accordance with its terms, regardless of changes in the applicable Index.
Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage calculated by multiplying the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by either (i) if any Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(d), a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-1 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d) or (ii) except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), one.
Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Subsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan for which the interest rate is governed by Section 427A(a) or 427A(d) of the Higher Education Act.
Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-5 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage means, for each Determination Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Spread Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.
Unsubsidized Xxxxxxxx Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 428H of the Higher Education Act.
Non-Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Period of Affordability means the time during which HOME Loan financed units must remain affordable to eligible households, as defined by HOME program regulations and this Plan. The Period of Affordability shall commence upon completion of the project and shall run for the period required under HOME regulations or the term of the HOME Loan, whichever is greater. Completion shall be defined as set forth in the HUD regulations for the HOME program.
Health professional shortage area means that term as defined in section 332(a)(1) of subpart II of part C of title III of the public health service act, chapter 373, 90 Stat. 2270, 42 U.S.C. 254e.
Principal Prepayment Period The month preceding the month in which the related Remittance Date occurs.

Non-Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Applied Downgrade Advance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(a).
€STRi-pTBD means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day falling in the relevant Interest Accrual Period, the €STR for the TARGET Business Day falling “p” TARGET Business Days prior to the relevant TARGET Business Day “i”;

Fund balance is the value of the Accumulation Fund, determined pursuant to Section 1.4.
Individual PAGA Payment means the Aggrieved Employee’s pro rata share of 25% of the PAGA Penalties calculated according to the number of Workweeks worked during the PAGA Period.
Remaining Excess Spread With respect to any Distribution Date, the Excess Spread less any Extra Principal Distribution Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date.
Non-Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Excess Spread Percentage for any Distribution Date means a fraction, the numerator of which is the Excess Spread Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by 12 and the denominator of which is the sum of the Nominal Liquidation Amounts of all Tranches of DiscoverSeries Notes as of the first day of the related Due Period.
