Appointed Adjuster definition
Appointed Adjuster means the individual at the Adjuster specifically appointed by Instructing Insurers. Should Instructing Insurers not name an individual then the Adjuster may choose the individual they deem to be most appropriate for the Services to be performed, and that individual shall become the Appointed Adjuster.
