Examples of Appointed Consultant in a sentence

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement or in the relationship of the Company and the Contractor or, for the avoidance of doubt, in the relationship between the Company and the Appointed Consultant shall be regarded or construed as creating any relationship (employer/employee, joint venture, association, or partnership) between the parties other than as expressly set forth herein.

  • The Contractor shall ensure that the Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to any person other than to the Appointed Consultant on a need-to-know basis and the Contractor shall be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by the Appointed Consultant.

  • Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.

  • Independent Director means a director referred to in Section 149 (6) of the Companies Act, 2013.

  • Regularly appointed employee means an individual with an exempt, probationary or regular appointment to a position of City employment.

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Independent Manager shall refer to a member of the Board that meets the standards of an “independent director” set forth in NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4200(a)(15) (on any successor rule) with respect the Company, the Administrator and their respective affiliates. In the event a Special Committee is formed, the term “Independent Manager” shall, as the context requires, refer generically to each Independent Manager.

  • Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Sub-consultants means an entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services while remaining solely liable for the execution of the Contract.

  • Outside Director means a Director who is not an Employee.
