From and after the Transfer Date, an Appointed Employee shall be paid a Northern Allowance determined in accordance with the GNWT Terms of Employment.
From and after the Transfer Date, an Appointed Employee shall have any rights to request a review of the evaluation of that employee’s position that exist pursuant to and in accordance with GNWT Terms of Employment.
An Appointed Employee shall be entitled to be paid a GNWT Transition Allowance in each of the first five years following the Transfer Date where in any such year the GNWT Compensation is less than the Federal Compensation of such employee as of the Transfer Date, as adjusted where necessary pursuant to section 7.40 or subsection 7.41(a).
