Appointment Reminders. We strive to keep our clients well-informed of their upcoming appointments. Optional automated appointment reminders are sent to the client-authorized email address on file. An email reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. In addition to optional automated appointment reminders All of the services at GPSS are private and confidential. We will not share information about you, or the contents of our discussions with you, with any unauthorized persons without your prior written consent. We are required by law and the standards of our professions to maintain confidential information about you in a clinical record. This record will include presenting problems and symptoms, a diagnosis or statement of the problem, a plan to address these problems and concerns, a summary of each appointment/session, and possibly any evaluation data and reports. All information in either paper or electronic format will be securely maintained.
