When the cause for placement on probation arises apart from the ordinary statutory evaluation cycle, the member’s evaluator will provide assistance to the member, addressing the reasons for placement on probation as outlined by the Superintendent of Schools and described in the Level I Improvement Plan in the Educator Appraisal Program Manual.
