Appreciation Rights definition

Appreciation Rights. All stock appreciation rights, net profits interests or other rights entitling the holder or owner thereof to receive payments based upon or determined with reference to the distributions to holders of Common Stock or the profits of the Company.
Appreciation Rights means the stock appreciation rights granted to Seller under the Stock Appreciation Rights Agreement.
Appreciation Rights means those appreciation rights granted by the Company to any Person under any Appreciation Rights Plan, including, without limitation, any ancillary documents and agreements related thereto or entered into in connection therewith. For the avoidance of any doubt, specifically excluded from the definition of “Appreciation Rights” are any and all Units.
