Apprehending Officer definition

Apprehending Officer means designated employees of the Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality, Department of Lands and Natural Resources, Department of Public Health, Department of Public Works, Department of Public Safety, and the Office of the Mayor.
Apprehending Officer. : shall mean designated employees of the Marianas Visitors Bureau, Department of Natural Resources, Coastal Resources Management Office, Department of Public Health and Environmental Services, Department of Public Works, Department of Public Safety and the Mayor’s office.

  • Commanding Officer means the officer of the RCMP, resident in the Province, appointed by the Commissioner to command the Division;

  • Presiding officer means the board of examiners.

  • Assessing Officer means an officer of a State Government or Board or licensee, as the case may be, designated as such by the State Government;

  • Investigating Officer means the person appointed by the Monitoring Officer to undertake a formal investigation of a complaint alleging a breach of the Code of Conduct by a Subject Member. The Investigating Officer may be another senior officer of the Borough Council, an officer of another authority or an external investigator.
