Apprentice Records definition

Apprentice Records. Apprentice Files" means any information relating to an Apprentice generated by the Contractor, the Apprentice or a third party for the purpose of the delivery of the Apprenticeship.

  • For the purposes of the Department for Work & Pensions as a Data Controller, where Apprentice Records data is used as match on the 2007-13 ESF programme, the data must be retained securely until at least 31 December 2022 and where Apprentice data is used as match on the 2014-20 ESF programme, the data must be retained securely until 31st December 2030.

  • The Contractor shall comply with Clause 25 (Transfer of Responsibility on Expiry or Termination) which sets out provisions that will apply to Apprentice Records after this Contract has been terminated or has expired.

  • For the purposes of the ESFA (on behalf of the Secretary of State for Education) as a Data Controller of the data, the Contractor is required to retain the Apprentice Records data for the funding and audit purposes set out in this Contract for six (6) years from the end of the financial year in which the last payment is made under this Contract.

  • Apprentice plumber means a person licensed under this chapter as an apprentice

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Apprentice means a worker who is employed to learn an apprenticeable occupation under the terms and conditions of approved apprenticeship standards.
