Appropriate Agent definition

Appropriate Agent means, at any time, with respect to matters relating to US Revolving Loans or US Letters of Credit, the Administrative Agent and, with respect to matters relating to Multi-Currency Revolving Loans or Multi-Currency Letters of Credit, the Multi-Currency Agent.
