Each Lender that receives a Note pursuant to this Section 2.15 agrees that, upon its Appropriate Commitment Termination, such Lender will return such Note to the Borrower.
The Borrower agrees that upon notice by any Bank to the Borrower (with a copy of such notice to the Agent) to the effect that a Note is required or appropriate in order for such Bank to evidence (whether for purposes of pledge, enforcement or otherwise) the Advances owing to, or to be made by, such Bank, the Borrower shall promptly execute and deliver to such Bank a Note payable to such Bank and its registered assigns in a principal amount up to the Appropriate Commitment of such Bank.
