The judge means the judge or the substitute judge of the juvenile and domestic relations district
Alternative Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation and where none of the Parties hereto elects to terminate this Settlement by reason of such variance.

Reasonable medical judgment means a medical judgment that would be made by a reasonably prudent physician, knowledgeable about the case and the treatment possibilities with respect to the medical conditions involved.
Restorative justice means nonpunitive intervention and support provided by the school to a pupil to improve the behavior of the pupil and remedy any harm caused by the pupil.
Medical malpractice judgment means any final order of any court entering judgment against a
Judicial officer means any justice or judge of a court of record or any county
appropriate Government means the Central Government;
Judge means a Judge of the Court;
appropriate person means the person required to make the material open to public inspection or, as the case may be, the person maintaining the register;
Appellate Tribunal means the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal referred to in section 109;
Appellate Decision-maker means a person who considers and decides appeals of determinations regarding responsibility and dismissals of formal complaints. The Appellate Decision-maker cannot be the same person as the Title IX Coordinator, Investigator, or Decision-maker. The Appellate Decision-maker may be a school district employee, or a third party designated by the school district.
appropriate procedures means procedures reasonably designed to prevent and detect errors and omissions. In determining the reasonableness of such procedures, weight will be given to such factors as are appropriate, including the prior occurrence of any similar errors or omissions when such procedures were in place and transfer agent industry standards in place at the time of the occurrence.
Professional Judgement shall be defined as judgement that is informed by professional knowledge of curriculum expectations, context, evidence of learning, methods of instruction and assessment, and the criteria and standards that indicate success in student learning. In professional practice, judgement involves a purposeful and systematic thinking process that evolves in terms of accuracy and insight with ongoing reflection and self-correction.
Certified nurse practitioner means an individual who is licensed as a registered professional nurse under part 172 who has been granted a specialty certification as a nurse practitioner by the Michigan board of nursing under section 17210.
Non-Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Permanency hearing means a hearing, conducted with respect to a child who is in foster care, to determine the permanency plan for the child which includes:
Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
adjudicating officer means the adjudicating officer appointed under sub-section (1) of section 71;
Appropriate Commission means as defined in the PPA;
Appropriate Lender means, at any time, (a) with respect to Loans of any Class, the Lenders of such Class, (b) with respect to Letters of Credit, (i) the relevant L/C Issuer and (ii) the Revolving Credit Lenders and (c) with respect to the Swing Line Facility, (i) the Swing Line Lender and (ii) if any Swing Line Loans are outstanding pursuant to Section 2.04(a), the Revolving Credit Lenders.
Judicial office means the office filled by any judicial officer.
Appropriate Officer means the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, Treasurer or Secretary of the Company, any Assistant Treasurer or any Assistant Secretary of the Company, any Executive or Senior Vice President or any Vice President (whether or not designated by a number or numbers or word or words added before or after the title “Vice President”) of the Company or such other director or officer of the Company as approved by the Board to perform the services of an “Appropriate Officer” hereunder.
Appropriate bargaining unit means the unit designated by the Employment Relations Board
