Appropriate Parties definition

Appropriate Parties means the patient’s guardian, if applicable, the patient’s care giver, if applicable, the patient’s family, if applicable, the community treatment provider, and the county attorney involved in the involuntary hospitalization procedures for the patient.
Appropriate Parties means each of the First Period Parties during the First Period and each of the Second Period Parties during the Second Period.
Appropriate Parties means: (i) with respect to any payment based on the amount of the aggregate purchase price payable by the GS Purchasers for the Notes which they have committed to purchase on or prior to the Closing Date, the GS Purchasers or their designees, in proportion to their respective commitments, and (ii) with respect to any payment based on the amount of the aggregate purchase price payable by the Other Purchasers for the Notes which they have committed to purchase on the Closing Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Sachs & Co. or its designees.
