appropriate statutory regulatory body means the Medical Council of India established under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, the Dental Council of India established under the Dentists Act, 1948, the Pharmacy Council of India established under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, the Nursing Council of India established under the Indian Nursing Council Act, 1947, the Paramedical Council of India or any other corresponding statutory regulatory body by whatever name called regulating the health educational institutions or health institutions under any law for the time being in force;
appropriate statutory regulatory body means the University Grants Commission established under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, the All India Council for Technical Education established under the All India Council for Technical Education Act, 1987, the National Council for Teacher Education established under the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 or any other corresponding statutory regulatory body by whatever name called regulating the higher education under any law for the time being in force;
