Appropriated Moneys definition

Appropriated Moneys means moneys of the City which have been annually appropriated by the City for making payments of the principal of and interest on the Bonds and other payments described herein.

  • Available Moneys means:

  • Public moneys means all moneys belonging to, received by, or held by, the state, or any city, county, town, district, or public agency therein, or by an officer thereof acting in his or her official capacity, and includes the proceeds of all bonds and other evidences of indebtedness, trust funds held by public pension and retirement systems, deferred compensation funds held for investment by public agencies, and public moneys held by a financial institution under a trust indenture to which a public agency is a party.

  • Secured Moneys means, without double counting, the aggregate of all moneys owing to the Security Trustee or to a Secured Creditor under any of the Transaction Documents provided that:

  • trust money means money held in trust on behalf of third parties in a trust contemplated in terms of Section 12 of the Act.

  • Principal Shortfalls shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.04.

  • Principal Recovery Amount With respect to each Payment Date, the sum of: (a) the aggregate amount of Credit Event Net Losses for all Reversed Credit Event Reference Obligations for the related Reporting Period; (b) subsequent recoveries on any Reference Obligation that became a Credit Event Reference Obligation on a prior Payment Date; (c) the aggregate amount of the Credit Event Net Gains of all Credit Event Reference Obligations for the related Reporting Period; (d) the Origination Rep and Warranty/Servicing Breach Settlement Amount for such Payment Date; and (e) the Projected Recovery Amount.

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series 2019-4 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2019-4 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Principal Proceeds With respect to any Collection Period or Determination Date, all amounts received by the Issuer during the related Collection Period that do not constitute Interest Proceeds and any other amounts that have been designated as Principal Proceeds pursuant to the terms of this Indenture.

  • Proceeds Account means a bank account of the Issuer, into which the Net Proceeds from the Initial Bond Issue will be transferred and which has been pledged in favour of the Agent and the Bondholders (represented by the Agent) under the Proceeds Account Pledge Agreement.
