Examples of Approval Form in a sentence

  • A copy of the Personal Securities Transaction Approval Form, which may be revised from time to time, is attached as EXHIBIT B.

  • Requisite Approval means the affirmative vote of the holders of at least a majority of the shares of outstanding Company Common Stock and outstanding Company Preferred Stock voting as a single class.
