Approval Threshold definition

Approval Threshold. One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00).
Approval Threshold. ’ means the approval (by way of poll) by the Independent Unitholders representing at least 75% of the votes attaching to the Units held by the Independent Unitholders voting either in person or by proxy at the EGM, with the number of votes cast against being not more than 10% of the votes attaching to the Units held by all Independent Unitholders in respect of the resolution relating to the relevant proposal;
Approval Threshold shall have the meaning set forth in Article 3.4(a)(vii).

  • As long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, if such portion of the Award is in an amount equal to or greater than the Approval Threshold, Lessor shall make such portion of the Award available to Lessee in the manner provided in Section 14.6 with respect to Net Proceeds in excess of the Approval Threshold.
