Approvals definition

Approvals means all approvals, consents, authorisations, permissions, licences, resolutions, exemptions, registrations, filings, permits and rights from all government, regulatory and statutory entities and authorities;

Approvals means all consents, licenses and approval of any local, municipal, State or National Authority necessary to carry out the services for each and every phase of the Project.

More Definitions of Approvals

Approvals shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(b) hereof.
