Approvals Committee definition

Approvals Committee means the committee constituted under section 7;
Approvals Committee means the approvals committee prescribed in section 12 of the Ordinance;
Approvals Committee means the committee set up by Prudential plc to consider matters pertaining to the funding of any share incentive scheme proposed by Prudential plc or any subsidiary of Prudential plc (including the Company);

Examples of Approvals Committee in a sentence

  • All projects over €40,000 will be evaluated and if endorsed by the Evaluations and Approvals Committee, recommended to the Enterprise Ireland Jobs Expansion Fund Committee (or similar committee) for final approval.
