Approved Additional Service definition

Approved Additional Service has the meaning set forth in Section 2(f) of this Agreement.
Approved Additional Service means those Additional Services which HTI is permitted or selected to provide in the manner set forth in Sections 2(h)(i) through 2(h)(iii).

Examples of Approved Additional Service in a sentence

  • Additionally, following the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, HTI shall be obligated to make available to owners and lessees of each Enabled Vehicles the PASS Service and any Approved Additional Service until the expiration of *** for the vehicle (to the extent such owners or lessees continue to subscribe to such services).

  • HTI shall provide each Approved Additional Service in accordance with the terms applicable thereto as set forth in this Agreement and in any amendment hereto contemplated by Sections 2(f)(i) through 2(f)(iv) below.

  • In addition to the foregoing, the HTI Telematics Communicator is capable of obtaining GPS data and HTI is authorized to use such GPS data for the purposes of providing the PASS Service and each Approved Additional Service ***.

  • DCC and HTI agree that the Additional Service identified on Exhibit C shall constitute an Approved Additional Service for DCC Vehicles and that HTI shall provide such Approved Additional Service to DCC, and DCC shall obtain such service from HTI, on the terms set forth herein and therein.

  • With respect to each Additional Service or WiMax Service proposed in writing from time to time by HTI which is a WiMax Service or involves the use of Embedded Cellular Technology, such Additional Service or WiMax Service shall become an Approved Additional Service to DCC Vehicles if DCC consents on a case-by-case basis to the provision by HTI of such telematics service via the HTI Telematics Communicator.

Related to Approved Additional Service

  • Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE) means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

  • Service line sample means a one (1) liter sample of water collected in accordance with section 37(b)(3) of this rule that has been standing at least six (6) hours in a service line.

  • Professional service means a type of personal service to the public that requires as a condition precedent to the rendering of the service the obtaining of a license or other legal authorization. Professional service includes, but is not limited to, services rendered by a certified or other public accountant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, veterinarian, osteopathic physician, physician, surgeon, podiatrist, chiropodist, physician's assistant, architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or attorney-at-law.

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Food additive means any substance not normally consumed as a food by itself or used as a typical ingredient of the food, whether or not it has nutritive value, the intentional addition of which to food for a technological (including organoleptic) purpose in the manufacture, processing, preparation, treatment, packing, packaging, transport or holding of such food results, or may be reasonably expected to result (directly or indirectly), in it or its by-products becoming a component of or otherwise affecting the characteristics of such food but does not include “contaminants” or substances added to food for maintaining or improving nutritional qualities;

  • Personal service means professional or technical expertise

  • Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).

  • Additional Servicer Each affiliate of each Servicer that services any of the Mortgage Loans and each Person who is not an affiliate of the any Servicer, who services 10% or more of the Mortgage Loans. For clarification purposes, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator are Additional Servicers.

  • Reference Interconnection Offer or “RIO” means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;

  • approved facility means any private practice, hospital, clinic or other health facility in Namibia defined in section 1 of the Hospitals and Health Facilities Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994), approved by the Council for the purpose of the training of hearing aid acoustics interns, and “facility” has a corresponding meaning;

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Additional Servicing Expenses means (a) all Property Protection Advances, fees and/or expenses incurred by and reimbursable to any Servicer, Trustee, Certificate Administrator or fiscal agent pursuant to the Servicing Agreement relating solely to the Mortgage Loan, and (b) all interest accrued on Advances made by (x) any Servicer or Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Servicing Agreement or (y) any Non-Lead Servicer or Non-Lead Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Correctional facility means a facility operated under the management and control of the Virginia Department of Corrections.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • Approved Contractor means an “Approved Contractor” specified in the Key Details.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Approved Valuer means a firm of valuers recognized as such by the Income Tax Department and having experience of valuing at least 5 (five) properties exceeding Rs. 100 cr. (Rupees one hundred crore) each in value;

  • Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.

  • Approved purchasing system means a Contractor’s purchasing system that has been reviewed and approved in accordance with Part 44 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

  • Local Service Ordering Guide or "LSOG" is a document developed by the OBF to establish industry-wide ordering and Billing processes for ordering local services.

  • Recreational Services means (unless otherwise defined in this document) services that consist of participation in:

  • Approved Location means the site for the operation of the Franchised Business selected by Franchisee and approved in writing by Franchisor;

  • Local Service Request (LSR) means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.
