Approved Capacity definition

Approved Capacity means capacity in MW approved by NLDC/RLDC/SLDC for bilateral/collective transactions at the point(s) of injection for open access customers.
Approved Capacity means, in respect of a School, the approved capacity of the School as set out in Schedule 13 (Schools);

Examples of Approved Capacity in a sentence

  • If the Force Majeure Event occurs during the M&R Period, then the Province shall, at its option, either continue to pay to the Contractor as part of the Payment the School Capital Payment for the affected Schools, or pay a lump sum to the Contractor determined in accordance with Section 18.8, applied on a prorata basis in respect only of the affected School or Schools and having regard to the aggregate Approved Capacity of the affected School or Schools as a proportion of Total Approved Capacity.
